In certain instances, clients may have purchased their own hosting. However, we may audit that hosting service to determine it is at least the same level of performance, if not better.

Will you maintain and update our website?

Yes, our servers automatically keep the WordPress core installation and plugins up to date. We monitor the servers to ensure the updates are applied in a timely manner. Additionally, we provide support for minor content revisions upon request. Minor content revisions typically involve tasks such as updating phone numbers, business hours, correcting typos, copying and pasting new text, or swapping photos. These revisions typically require 5 to 10 minutes of work and are included as part of our maintenance service.

What is the process for designing a website with your services?
